Distance-sale terms

A translation for convenience. The contract is concluded in Latvian, and the Latvian text governs if the two differ.

1. The seller

These terms apply to buying in-stock pieces on printh.lv. We sell to consumers and deliver within Latvia only.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final: the seller is not registered for VAT (PVN), so no VAT is added. Delivery is shown and added to the total before you pay. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; payments are processed by Stripe.

3. How the contract is made

Put pieces in the basket, give your name, email, phone and delivery choice, and press "Continue to payment". This does not place the order yet.
On the payment page you place the order by pressing the pay button. Until then you can change the basket and your details freely by going back to the basket.
The contract is made when the payment is confirmed. We email you a confirmation with the order details and the full text of these terms. We keep the order on file, but you cannot view it on the site, so please keep that email.

4. Delivery

Parcel locker (Omniva or DPD) — for the fee shown in the basket.
Pickup in person — free, at the address shown in the basket; we agree the time by email.

We send the order, or get it ready for pickup, within 2 working days of payment and tell you by email. In any case we deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.

5. Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods; if they arrive separately, 14 days after the last one arrives.

The right to withdraw does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Cabinet Regulation No. 255, point 22.3). Every ready-made piece sold on the site can be returned; if we ever make a piece to your specifications, we will tell you clearly before you order.

How to withdraw. Online: open the "Withdraw from the contract" link at the foot of any page or in your order confirmation email, fill in your details and press "Confirm withdrawal". We email you an acknowledgement of what you sent and when we received it. You can also tell us by email to info@printh.lv, by phone on +371 25928167 or by post to Ūbeles iela 14, Rīga, LV-1073. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the period ends.

Returning the goods. Return the piece to the same address within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it.

Refund. Within 14 days of your statement we refund everything you paid, including the original delivery fee, by the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or proof that you sent them. You are liable only for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to examine them.

6. Faulty goods and complaints

If a piece does not conform to the contract (for example, it is damaged), you have the statutory right to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund; you can claim within two years of receiving it. Write to info@printh.lv with the order number. We reply within 15 days, and we pay for returning a faulty piece.

The goods carry a legal guarantee of at least two years. The EU harmonised notice about it is in the basket, below these terms on the site and in the order confirmation email.

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC): Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv.
